During 2024-25, OJT sessions were conducted at our centres with a focus on Class 12 students, aiming to strengthen their foundation-level skills across three key fields.

Karva Chauth Campaign 2024
Saksham Bharti celebrated Karva Chauth from October 18–20, 2024 by organising a special campaign that beautifully blended tradition with skill development — giving trainees a meaningful platform to display their creativity and earn through their work.
- Stitching Department: Created elegant, handmade pouches sold to community members.
- Beauty Culture Dept.: Offered Mehendi and nail extension services at multiple locations.
- Locations: Relaxo Footwear Office, Kargil Apartments, Saheta Apartments, Gauri Ganesh Society Dwarka, and C Block Rajouri Garden.
Total Earnings: ₹45,000/- (across all centers) — real income earned by trainees!
Teacher's Day Celebration
On September 5, 2025, Saksham Bharti celebrated Teacher's Day with great enthusiasm across all centers. The event honored the invaluable contribution of teachers, trainers, and mentors who guide and inspire trainees in their educational and personal journeys.

Our trainees regularly create production-quality samples and handcrafted items across our stitching and beauty departments. These creations are not just for practice — they are real products that demonstrate market-ready skill and craftsmanship.
